LEXELART VIETNAM

LEXELART, S.L. is a Spanish footwear company specialized in all kind of shoe leather productions, located in Elche (Alicante) in one of the most important European shoe production areas. Since the year 2000, we started to move the main part of our productions to the Far East, maintaining all our quality standards and production procedures. We do produce for our own brands as for other important Spanish and European brands well known all over the world.

Our Far East production plants have been established since 2000 in the north and south of Vietnam, Canton (China) and the new territories (closed to Hong Kong and Macao), based on our Spanish footwear production skills and technical Know-How of 40 years handmade and industrial leather shoes experience. All our quality standards and materials fulfill the European regulations, guaranteeing that the final product will accomplish the official requested standards of our customers. Many of our raw materials are imported from Spain and Italy in order to guarantee the mentioned quality. Our Asian technicians have been trained in Spain by our Spanish technicians and designers who are visiting regularly our production plants in the Far East. On the other hand, part of our European Management has been transferred to Vietnam and China, managing permanently the total control and follow up of our productions by our own-trained people.

All our production activities as our quality control are being managed by our head office in Spain (Elche). All our branches are subject to our European management in order to guarantee our customers our best engagement and know how.

Our different production plants can produce from 1.000 to 15.000 pairs per day. Depending on the requested product, we produce in the most accurate plant according to the requested design, shoe construction, price and quality standard we have to meet, and needed machinery.
