Viet A Chau Investment Development Corporation was established in 1992, originated from a GeneralTrading company. In 1996 we came to a decision to invest in production field of footwear accessories. At that time, most of material for footwear was imported from overseas countries. So to take part in the policy to produce products to substitute for imported cargoes, we invested in building a factory and importing production lines from Korea, Japan and Italy to manufacturer all kinds of PU, TPR soles. With brand new modern equipments, advanced technology paralled with technical training for the worker from experienced Korean and Japanese engineers, PU soles products of Vitaco have substituted the equivalent imported ones and VITACO has become the first company to manufacturer and supply high quality PU soles in Vietnam. In 1998 to meet the increasing diversified demand of accessories for footwear industry, we invested in a new factory to make PU Synthetic Leather, PU Coated, Action Leather with high technology for the industries of footwear, garment, handbags, furniture. Korean engineers were also invited to train our engineers and workers. With the quality totally equivalent to imported products but at competitive prices, more and more customers, locally as well as foreign ones, have become our customer to use the product. In 2003 we built an additional factory line to produce EVA slippers and sandals. Beside that, moulds factory to make different kinds moulds by casting and CNC. Material to be used is steels, aluminum, wooden and epoxy. Together with that, our quality management system has been approved and certificated by BVQI and DNV for ISO 9001-2008: SA 8000:2001 with the recognition of UK AS (UK). Currently, we have many domestic distribution chanel in whole country such as: retail store system,VAC-4 Colors Stage, almost 500 agents hands directly product to consumers.Throughout link of Supermarket distributing system as: Metro, Big C, LotteMart, AEONcitimart, Starmart, Satra, Giant, MaxiMark... that desired our product is running spread to nationwide''s consumers. The products of Viet A Chau company have been utilized with increasing quantities by local companies, joint venture companies, and foreign-invested companies in Vietnam.
